Welcome to Block Glow. These Terms explain the agreement for using the game and its related features and support.
Block Glow is provided by Puzzler Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator identified in section 16.
By accepting these Terms or using the game after having an opportunity to review them, you agree to them, subject to the eligibility requirements below. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Eligibility and agreement
Block Glow is designed for general entertainment. You may use the game where your use is permitted by applicable law and the requirements of the platform through which you access it. Please review the age classification and other information shown on the game's store listing when deciding whether it is appropriate for you or your family.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If the law where you live requires a parent or legal guardian to agree on your behalf, that parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms before you use the game, where such use is permitted.
Parental or guardian agreement does not override platform restrictions, replace a legally required privacy-consent process, or permit data processing that the law prohibits. Where use requires an authorisation or safeguard that has not been provided, that use is not permitted until the requirement is satisfied.
2. Your licence to play
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Block Glow on a supported device for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence may be suspended or terminated only as described in these Terms or as permitted by law.
The game is licensed, not sold. The licence does not transfer ownership of its software, artwork, audio, design, text, or other protected materials. Rights not expressly granted remain with us or the relevant rights holders. Applicable open-source and third-party licences continue to govern the materials they cover.
3. Fair use
Please use Block Glow lawfully and respect the game and its connected services. Except where the activity is permitted by applicable law or an applicable licence, you must not:
- Copy, redistribute, sell, or present the game or its protected materials as your own.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections in the game without authorisation.
- Manipulate purchases, falsify ad completion, generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks, or use exploits to obtain unearned rewards.
- Use automated tools or altered software to abuse gameplay, rewards, advertising, or connected services.
- Introduce harmful code, gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the security or operation of the game or its providers.
- Infringe another person's rights, impersonate the developer, or misuse support channels for fraud or harassment.
Using the game's privacy controls, declining optional advertisements, or exercising a legal right is not a breach of these Terms.
4. Local progress and virtual items
Block Glow does not require a game account. Progress and preferences are stored locally, and no account-based cloud-save service is provided. Progress may be lost if you clear app storage, uninstall the game, change devices, experience a device failure, or encounter a software problem. Recovery or transfer of local progress is not guaranteed.
Coins, cups, scores, badges, tubes, continues, rewards, and similar features are virtual gameplay elements. They do not represent money, a financial asset, or ownership of property outside the game. They cannot be sold, transferred between players, or redeemed for money or real-world goods unless we expressly introduce a feature allowing it.
Virtual items are available for use within the game under these Terms. Their entertainment-only status does not remove any mandatory rights relating to a paid purchase.
5. Gameplay, balance, and score comparisons
We may refine levels, difficulty, scoring, rewards, progression, visuals, and other features to improve the game, address technical issues, or maintain balance. Different versions or devices may provide different features or experiences.
Score-comparison messages, including statements such as “Better than N% of players”, are locally calculated entertainment estimates. They are not a live leaderboard or independently verified statistics about actual players. They may change as the game's scoring and balance change.
We will handle changes affecting paid features in accordance with applicable law and the description presented when you purchased them.
6. Advertisements and optional rewards
Block Glow may display banner and interstitial advertisements. It may also offer optional rewarded advertisements for a described in-game benefit.
A rewarded advertisement normally grants its benefit after the advertising provider confirms the required completion. Availability and delivery can depend on network access, ad inventory, device conditions, and provider checks. We cannot guarantee that an advertisement will be available whenever requested. If a confirmed reward fails to appear, contact support and we will reasonably investigate.
Advertisements and linked offers are supplied by third parties. Their appearance does not mean that we endorse the advertiser or guarantee its products, claims, or services. Any transaction with an advertiser is subject to the relevant third party's terms. This does not exclude our own responsibilities under applicable law. You may report an advertisement you consider inappropriate or misleading to us.
The game's sharing feature may provide a one-time virtual bonus on the conditions shown in the game. A sharing bonus has no cash value.
7. Remove Ads and purchases
Where available, Block Glow offers an optional, one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Once ownership is confirmed, it removes banner advertisements and forced interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available when you choose to receive their associated benefits. Remove Ads is not a subscription.
The purchase screen and Google Play checkout display the applicable price and payment information before you authorise payment. Availability, currency, and tax treatment may vary. If purchasing is unavailable during testing or setup, no purchase is completed merely by selecting a tester notice.
You must be authorised to use the payment method and platform account involved. Google Play processes payment. The game receives the purchase information needed to verify, acknowledge, apply, or restore the entitlement.
To restore an eligible purchase, use the same Google Play account used for the original purchase and the in-game restoration option. An internet connection and a valid purchase record may be required. Restoring Remove Ads does not restore unrelated local scores or game progress. A refunded, cancelled, or otherwise invalid purchase may no longer provide its entitlement.
If a purchase is not recognised, contact gamespuzzler79@gmail.com with relevant details, such as the purchase date and Google Play order reference. Do not send full card or bank details.
Refunds and other remedies are subject to applicable law and Google Play's relevant purchase and refund rules. You may request a refund through Google Play or contact us for assistance. Nothing in these Terms makes a purchase non-refundable where the law requires a refund, or limits rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital content.
8. Privacy, diagnostics, and notifications
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, advertising, purchases, crash reporting, sharing, support information, and your privacy choices. It is a notice about information handling; accepting these Terms is not a substitute for separate consent where required.
Crash reporting through Firebase Crashlytics is enabled by default. You can turn it off or on using the Crash Report toggle in More. Turning this toggle off does not prevent you from playing the game. Advertising privacy choices are managed separately through the available Privacy Choices control.
If you allow notifications, Block Glow may schedule occasional local reminders. You can manage notification permission in Android settings.
9. Sharing and third-party services
If you share game text or a result image, you choose the destination through your device's sharing interface. You are responsible for the content you add and for complying with the destination service's rules.
Block Glow uses Google services for advertising, consent choices, billing, store features, and crash reporting, including the supporting installation and session services used by Crashlytics. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and operation can affect the corresponding game features. We remain responsible for our own obligations and do not guarantee the independent performance of third-party services.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
Original Block Glow materials are owned by us. Other materials are used under their applicable licences. Notices included in the app identify relevant third-party materials. The background track “Vaporware” by The Cynic Project is used under CC0 1.0; this credit does not imply endorsement.
If you voluntarily send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the game without payment or an obligation to implement it. This permission does not transfer ownership of unrelated work you send, or permit disclosure of personal information contrary to the Privacy Policy. Please do not send material you are not entitled to provide.
11. Updates and availability
We may release updates, change technical requirements, or modify or discontinue features for reasonable product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Some features require internet access, compatible hardware, an up-to-date app, or working platform services.
We aim to provide a reliable game, but uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, permanent preservation of local progress, and freedom from all errors cannot be promised. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an “as available” basis, without additional implied warranties beyond those the law requires.
Where a change or discontinuation materially affects a paid feature, we will provide any notice, continued access, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. Nothing here permits us to disregard the description under which a purchase was sold.
12. Ending use and enforcement
You may stop using Block Glow at any time and uninstall it from your device. Uninstalling may remove local progress; it does not automatically delete provider-held information or create a refund entitlement beyond your applicable rights.
If you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or create a serious security or legal risk, we may take reasonable and proportionate action, including withholding improperly obtained rewards, restricting supported services, or ending your licence to use the game. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for fraud, security, or legal reasons.
You may contact support if you believe action was taken in error. We do not claim a general right to confiscate valid paid entitlements without a lawful basis. Clauses that reasonably need to continue after use ends, including ownership, accrued payment obligations, and applicable limitations of liability, continue to apply.
13. Responsibility and limitations
You are responsible for using a compatible device, protecting access to it, and paying any mobile-data or network charges associated with your use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for business losses arising from personal use of the game, or for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms. We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by events outside our reasonable control where we have taken the steps the law requires of us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory rights relating to consumer protection, digital content, privacy, refunds, or remedies. Where a limitation is not permitted, responsibility is determined under applicable law.
14. Applicable law and resolving concerns
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except that this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your usual place of residence.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it. Doing so is not a condition for exercising a legal right or seeking urgent relief. Disputes may be brought before a court or consumer forum with jurisdiction under applicable law, including in your home jurisdiction where the law gives you that right. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive any non-waivable right to participate in collective proceedings.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, services, or legal requirements. The revised version will show an updated date. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights already accrued.
Subject to applicable law and any required acceptance, continuing to use the game after notified changes take effect means the revised Terms apply. If you do not agree, you may stop using the game. Any rights concerning existing purchases remain subject to applicable law.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. Any transfer of our rights or obligations must preserve your mandatory rights.
