These Terms of Service apply to Block Glow, package name com.puzzlergames.blockglow. Block Glow is developed and operated by Keshav Budhiraja, an independent developer based in India. “Puzzler Games” is the developer name used on Google Play and is not a separate legal entity.
By installing, opening, or using Block Glow, you agree to these terms. If you are not legally able to agree to them yourself, use the game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Licence to use the game
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Block Glow for personal entertainment on a supported device, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. You do not receive ownership of the game, its code, visual design, audio, systems, or other materials.
Fair and acceptable use
You must not use Block Glow unlawfully or attempt to harm the game, its users, advertising systems, purchase systems, or connected services. Except where applicable law expressly allows otherwise, you must not:
- Exploit bugs, falsify advertising reward events, manipulate purchase status, or interfere with advertising delivery.
- Use automation, modified packages, unauthorised tools, or altered save information to obtain an unfair result or bypass intended behaviour.
- Redistribute, resell, impersonate, or present Block Glow or its original materials as your own.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the game or a connected service.
Game progress and virtual items
Scores, coins, cups, badges, levels, continues, gifts, daily rewards, water-sort tubes, advertising rewards, and similar features are virtual gameplay elements. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money or real-world goods.
Progress is stored locally and may be lost when game storage is cleared, the game is uninstalled, a device fails, or software changes. Permanent availability or recovery of local progress cannot be guaranteed.
Levels and game balance
Block Glow contains Classic Play, Glow Levels, Glow Match, Tic Tac Glow, Glow Water Sort, and related progression and reward systems. Layouts, goals, difficulty, rewards, scoring, advertising placement, balance, and feature availability may be adjusted as the game evolves.
Score comparisons and sharing
Messages such as “Better than N% of players” are local score-based entertainment estimates. They are not a live global leaderboard, independently verified player statistics, or a guarantee of rank against actual players. The calculation may change when scoring or game balance changes.
Block Glow may create share text and a high-score result image. You choose whether to share and which destination service to use. Destination services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Advertisements and rewards
Block Glow may display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements. A rewarded advertisement provides the stated benefit only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Availability depends on network access, advertising inventory, provider checks, and device state.
Using the app-sharing option may grant a one-time local bonus of water-sort tubes. This is a virtual entertainment reward with no cash value.
Remove Ads purchase
Block Glow offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. When Google Play confirms ownership, the purchase removes banner advertisements and forced interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements remain available because they provide player-chosen rewards.
Payments, restoration, and refunds
Purchases are offered and processed through Google Play. Price, currency conversion, tax, payment authorisation, purchase availability, and refund handling may be controlled by Google Play and applicable rules.
The game receives purchase status needed to acknowledge, unlock, and restore Remove Ads. If a completed purchase is not recognised, use the in-game restore option and contact support with the purchase date and Google Play order reference. Do not send card or bank information.
Third-party services
Block Glow uses Google services for advertising, consent choices, purchases, store functionality, consent-gated crash reporting, and coarse product analytics. These include AdMob, User Messaging Platform, Google Play, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Installations, and Firebase Sessions. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and operation are outside the developer's complete control.
Analytics and local notifications
Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics collection are disabled by default and enabled only after the in-app Terms and Privacy Policy are accepted. Analytics is limited to coarse product events, and Crashlytics is used for reliability diagnostics, as described in the Privacy Policy.
After initial gameplay, Block Glow may ask for Android notification permission. If granted, the game may schedule rate-limited one-time reminders locally on the device. Notifications are optional, can be disabled in Android settings, and do not use a remote messaging server.
Original and licensed materials
Original Block Glow code, visual design, game systems, text, and related materials are owned by Keshav Budhiraja. Other materials are used under applicable licences.
The background track Vaporware by The Cynic Project is used under CC0 1.0. This credit does not imply endorsement of Block Glow, Keshav Budhiraja, or Puzzler Games by the creator.
Updates and availability
The game may receive fixes, balancing changes, redesigned features, new content, or removals. Availability can depend on device compatibility, network access, store services, regional availability, and technical requirements.
Block Glow is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free gameplay, advertising availability, or compatibility with every device is not guaranteed.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keshav Budhiraja is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Block Glow. This limitation does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Privacy
The Block Glow Privacy Policy explains local progress, Google service processing, advertising, purchases, consent-gated Crashlytics diagnostics and Firebase Analytics events, installation and session data, local notifications, sharing, support communications, retention, deletion, and privacy choices.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when Block Glow, its features, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from the stated date, subject to applicable law.
