Protect your information: never send a password, full payment-card number, bank-account details, government identity number, or identity-document image.

Closed-testing feedback

Please describe what felt clear, what felt confusing, and whether the issue stopped you from completing a match. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private information. Testing builds can contain incomplete features, temporary balances, or defects.

Hints, ads, and purchases

Chess begins with five free hints and may grant one additional hint after an available rewarded advertisement is completed and confirmed. Banner advertisements may appear alongside gameplay, and interstitial advertisements may appear at natural breaks. Paid hint packs are planned but are not available in the current build. After purchases are introduced, if an enabled purchase is not recognised, confirm that Google Play is using the purchasing account, try the in-app restore option when available, and send only the non-sensitive Google Play order reference.

Deleting local progress

Chess does not use player accounts or an account-based cloud save. Local progress can normally be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. Depending on Android, device-transfer, and Google backup settings, an existing device or cloud backup may need to be managed separately. These actions may not be reversible.

Automatic crash diagnostics

Chess uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive automatic crash and application-not-responding reports. These reports do not include move history, board positions, hint balances, player progression, support correspondence, or a Firebase user ID. See the Privacy Policy for the diagnostic information that may be processed.
